Wo Geschichte weiterlebt.

Hier wird es nach frischem Kaffee duften, man hört fröhliches Lachen und spürt das lebendige Miteinander. Kinder rennen über kleine Plätze und Nachbar*innen unterhalten sich angeregt. In den kleinen Werkstätten hilft und inspiriert man sich. Warmes Licht strahlt aus den Fenstern des alten Fabrikbaus, in dem die Tänzer*innen gerade ihre Hip-Hop-Moves üben. Ein paar Schritte weiter feiert ein Büro sein Jubiläum.
In dieser Mischung aus Wohnungen, Büros und Gewerbeflächen entsteht ein kunterbuntes Leben. Mittags füllt sich das Quartier-Bistro, abends sitzt man noch draussen auf dem Hofplatz unter der Rotbuche und geniesst ein kühles Bier. Die Wege sind kurz. Man kennt sich. Oder lernt sich kennen. Der Seidenhof direkt am Bahnhof Wetzikon ist ein Ort, an dem man gerne ankommt — und bleibt.
